We are looking for a Director of Aesthetic Practice who is equal parts clinician (Injector or Esthetician), relationship-builder, growth strategist, and patient advocate. This is not your typical “clock in” role. This is for someone who wants a seat at the table, loves influencing the bigger picture, and gets excited about helping shape the future of a growing aesthetic practice.

You’ll be the kind of person who can seamlessly transition from creating beautiful, natural aesthetic results… to brainstorming marketing ideas… to helping a patient feel completely confident in their treatment plan. You understand that aesthetics is both an art and an experience, and you genuinely care about both.

This role is ideal for someone who loves ownership, thrives on initiative, and wants the opportunity to grow into formal leadership over time. You won’t just perform treatments here; you’ll help build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional injectable, aesthetic, and/or laser treatments with confidence and artistry
• Create thoughtful consultations and customized treatment plans that patients trust
• Build lasting patient relationships that keep clients coming back year after year
• Help patients connect the dots between skincare, injectables, wellness, and long-term results
• Contribute to practice growth through memberships, product recommendations, and patient retention
• Collaborate on events, partnerships, marketing ideas, and community outreach
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and help shape the future direction of the practice
• Elevate the patient experience at every touchpoint — from consultation to checkout
• Lead through initiative, positivity, professionalism, and presence

Who You Are

✔ Registered Nurse or Licensed Esthetician with aesthetic injection and/or laser experience

✔ Clinically skilled and passionate about natural, beautiful outcomes

✔ Comfortable building trust and converting consultations into treatments

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
