What we are looking for:
You’ll drive the adoption of the latest analytics in our solutions, bringing thought leadership to guide clients on complex data management problems and enhance business performance. You will work with the leadership team to bring subject matter expertise in areas such as commercial analytics. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite knowledge but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of client projects while identifying and building new business opportunities.
  • POC and Analytics Development: Design and implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) and solutions to address business problems, diverse data management and governance needs for pharmaceutical clients, from pre-commercial to large enterprises
  • Team Development: Recruit and cultivate a high-performing team to deliver scale-quality work.
  • Business Development Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to identify and nurture strategic business development opportunities
  • Thought Leadership: Write and publish insightful articles to establish thought leadership in the industry.
  • Conference Engagement: Identify and secure opportunities to present at analytics conferences. Work with clients to structure and model the data to solve complex business problems, and build a strategic decision making process with partners and the Principal.

Must have:

  • 10-14 years of strong analytics experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Individuals with experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, Go-to-market strategy, SFE, structure, segmentation, Sizing, Alignment, Marketing Mix Model, Targeting, and analyzing large datasets to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for various stakeholders with a quality-focused approach
  • Experience in developing new work streams, leading client engagements, and business development in the analytics space.
  • Proven capability to identify and recommend appropriate solutions to client needs creatively and analytically, with minimal direction.
  • Experience in data development and enterprise-wide data solutions.
