Director of Applied Behavioral Analysis Services

Position Summary

The Director of ABA provides senior clinical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for all Applied Behavior Analysis programs across Kids Choice Therapies locations. This role is responsible for clinical standards, BCBA and BCaBA supervision oversight, treatment quality, and regulatory compliance for the ABA service line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all ABA programs across all Kids Choice Therapies locations

  • Establish, implement, and monitor ABA clinical standards, treatment protocols, and documentation requirements in alignment with BACB standards, SoonerCare requirements, and Kids Choice Therapies policies

  • Supervise, evaluate, and support all BCBAs and BCaBAs; conduct clinical case reviews and provide guidance on complex cases

  • Oversee fieldwork supervision program for Behavior Analyst Interns in coordination with supervising BCBAs

  • Ensure compliance with current BACB supervision changes; verify all RBTs are supervised by credentialed BCBAs or BCaBAs

  • Lead clinical quality assurance activities including chart audits, treatment integrity reviews, and outcome monitoring

  • Collaborate with the Operations Director and Billing Director to ensure clinical documentation supports billing integrity

  • Oversee assessment processes, treatment plan standards, and reevaluation schedules across the ABA caseload

  • Serve as the senior clinical resource for complex behavioral cases, crisis situations, and ethical concerns

  • Lead development and delivery of clinical training for ABA staff including RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs

  • Represent Kids Choice Therapy ABA programs to external partners, referral sources, schools, and OHCA

  • Participate in organizational leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning for the ABA service line

  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field

  • Current, active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

  • Current, active Oklahoma OLBAB license

  • Minimum 7-10 years of BCBA clinical experience including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

  • Completion of BACB 8-hour Supervision Training (STC 2.0)

  • No active disciplinary sanctions on BACB certification or OLBAB license

  • Clearance of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screens

Oklahoma Credential Requirement

Must hold a current, active BCBA certification issued by the BACB and a current Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst (OLBAB) license under Title 59 O.S. §1928. Credential status is verified at hire and monthly thereafter via the BACB Certificant Registry and OLBAB records.
