We are seeking a Director of Automotive Mobility Engineering & Smart Vehicle Systems to lead engineering initiatives focused on modern mobility platforms and advanced automotive technologies. In this leadership role, you will oversee engineering teams responsible for connected vehicle technologies, smart mobility platforms, and innovative automotive service solutions.

Working closely with executive leadership, engineering specialists, and mobility platform developers, you will help shape the company’s technology roadmap and support the development of next-generation automotive mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Automotive Mobility Engineering Strategy:

• Develop and implement engineering strategies for smart mobility systems and connected vehicle platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve automotive service technologies and mobility solutions

Connected Vehicle Systems Development:

• Oversee development of vehicle connectivity systems, telematics platforms, and smart fleet management technologies
• Ensure mobility platforms remain scalable, secure, and capable of supporting real-time vehicle data systems

Automotive Service Technology Platforms:

• Guide engineering teams responsible for automotive service management platforms, diagnostics systems, and mobility software tools
• Support development of integrated solutions that enhance vehicle performance monitoring and maintenance systems

Technology Innovation & Infrastructure:

• Evaluate emerging automotive technologies including electric vehicle systems, vehicle connectivity technologies, and intelligent mobility platforms
• Support modernization of automotive service infrastructure and digital mobility systems

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including automotive engineers, mobility technology specialists, and software engineers
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across engineering departments

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in automotive engineering, mobility technology platforms, or advanced vehicle systems development
• Experience managing engineering teams and large automotive technology projects

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of vehicle telematics systems, fleet management platforms, and automotive diagnostics technologies
• Experience with automotive software platforms, connected vehicle technologies, and smart mobility infrastructure
• Familiarity with automotive engineering standards and vehicle systems integration

Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
