Specialdocs Consultants (www.specialdocs.com) partners with physicians nationwide to establish and grow thriving concierge medicine practices. With over 20 years of experience, Specialdocs provides physicians with business infrastructure, marketing, compliance, billing and ongoing management support, allowing doctors to focus on delivering personalized, unhurried patient care.

Kerix is entering a scale phase with significant investment behind our employer and physician segments. Marketing will be a primary driver of system-wide growth, making this one of the most impactful roles in the organization.

We are actively looking for an exceptional B2B Marketing Director to lead all aspects of our B2B growth engine. This role requires an individual with exceptional execution skills and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads that drive company revenue.

The Director of B2B Marketing leads demand generation, brand positioning, and marketing operations to drive qualified leads for both Specialdocs and KerixHealth. This role oversees integrated B2B campaigns, content strategy, events, and digital performance programs aimed at attracting physicians to convert to Concierge medicine, and employers to use our ADPC service. The Director will build and execute a scalable lead-generation engine and ensure alignment with sales and operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Develop and execute multi-channel B2B demand-generation strategies that drive high-quality leads for Specialdocs and KerixHealth.
  • Manage paid media, email automation, SEO/SEM, retargeting, and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel and implement continuous testing to improve CPL and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate closely with sales to ensure marketing-sourced leads flow efficiently through the pipeline.

Content & Brand Strategy

  • Oversee creation of thought leadership content including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blogs, and industry insights.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across both businesses.
  • Support PR and external communications to elevate brand visibility.

Events, Partnerships & Outreach

  • Lead strategy and execution for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events.
  • Identify and strengthen strategic partnerships that expand market reach.

Analytics & Marketing Operations

  • Own performance dashboards and reporting for all lead-generation activities.
  • Use data to guide spend allocation, measure ROI, and inform leadership on growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, CRM alignment, and lead-scoring frameworks.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative resources as needed.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, health services, or professional services.
  • Proven success leading demand-generation and digital performance programs
  • Strong experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing events and industry conferences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
