Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Billing to join our team at Integral Care Home Care. As a key member of our administrative staff, the Director of Billing will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to payers, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire billing process, including charge capture, coding, and claim submission
• Develop and implement efficient billing processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient services
• Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and denials
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient billing and insurance information
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer regulations and guidelines
• Lead and manage a team of billing staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing administration

• Strong knowledge of billing and insurance regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
