Position Summary

Pinnacle Global Network is seeking a highly skilled and creative Director of Brand and Media Production. This role will be responsible for curating, producing, and managing premium multimedia content across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate is both a strategic brand steward and a hands-on content creator with the technical expertise to deliver polished, engaging, and brand-aligned media. Candidates must demonstrate proven success in similar roles and provide a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and repurpose content from live events, webinars, podcasts, Zoom meetings, and promotional events into high-performing marketing assets.
  • Lead creative direction and production for brand visuals, videos, graphics, and audio content.
  • Oversee the look, feel, and messaging to align with our premium brand and target demographic.
  • Manage and execute social media strategies, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and engaging posts across platforms.
  • Graphic Design for all media, i.e., online, print, and video.
  • Edit video and audio for various content formats, including podcasts and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content supports lead generation, sales goals, and brand positioning.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all media, ensuring the quality aligns with our high-ticket membership offerings ($40,000+).
  • Serve as the Community Brand manager, ensuring that all public and internal content is aligned with the brand and mission.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience and measurable success in brand management, content marketing, and multimedia production.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
  • Strong skills in video editing, audio engineering, and podcast production.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Asana for project management
  • Current understanding and knowledge of effective content marketing, i.e., short form video, best practices for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work across multiple media formats.

Target Audience & Brand Style

Our audience comprises established CEOs and entrepreneurs running 7-8 Figure companies. Our community is about 60% Women, with lots of diversity and ages ranging from 40 to 65, seeking to scale their businesses. The content being produced must embody a fresh, professional, and aspirational tone that reflects the high-value transformation we deliver.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $95,000 - $115,000 annual salary

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
