Job Summary

We’re looking for a Director of Brand & Creative Strategy to lead how our brands show up across every touchpoint. This is a unique opportunity to combine marketing strategy with creative leadership, shaping and scaling some of Las Vegas’s most exciting hospitality brands.

The Role:

  • Define and evolve the look, feel, and voice of our restaurant concepts.
  • Lead creative direction across design, content, photography, video, packaging, menus, and digital assets.
  • Guide organic social, PR, partnerships, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Oversee our digital footprint and ecosystem, ensuring websites, SEO, and online listings drive visibility and traffic.
  • Develop and execute campaigns for openings, menu rollouts, seasonal moments, and cultural events.
  • Lead and mentor a small but growing team of brand marketers, creatives and outside agencies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in brand, creative, or marketing leadership (hospitality, lifestyle, or CPG experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to shape distinctive brands and deliver standout creative work.
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals with an eye for design, storytelling, and digital best practices.
  • Experience in SEO, website management, and building integrated digital ecosystems.
  • Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.

Essential Job Functions:

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and evolve the look, feel, and tone of voice across our restaurant portfolio.
  • Develop clear brand guardrails and ensure consistency across all guest-facing touchpoints: in-store, digital, partnerships, PR, and activations.
  • Track cultural and hospitality trends, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to market positioning.

Creative Direction

  • Lead our in-house creative team (design, content, photography/video) and manage outside freelancers/agencies as needed.
  • Concept and direct creative assets spanning menus, packaging, signage, photography, digital, social, and experiential campaigns.
  • Provide the final “brand pass” across campaigns and content, ensuring quality and alignment with brand vision.

Marketing & Communications

  • Oversee strategy and execution across organic social, partnerships, PR/comms, and guest engagement.
  • Guide social content planning and storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Set annual PR goals and manage agency partners to maximize awareness and press coverage.
  • Identify and execute creative collaborations with brands, creators, and community partners.
  • Ensure messaging across customer experience channels (email, social, on-premise touchpoints) reflects the brand voice.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead creative strategy for new restaurant launches, menu rollouts, seasonal campaigns, and major events.
  • Partner with Operations, Culinary, and Beverage teams to translate innovation into compelling guest-facing narratives.
  • Develop a 12-month content and campaign roadmap tied to business priorities.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but growing team of brand marketers and creatives.
  • Build scalable systems, AI-enabled workflows, and creative processes to boost output and quality.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

Budget & Resource Ownership

Manage brand and creative budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive both brand equity and revenue growth.

  • Distinctive restaurant brands with strong, recognizable positioning in local and national markets.
  • A cohesive visual identity and storytelling framework applied consistently across all channels.
  • Engaging campaigns that drive trial, loyalty, and cultural relevance.
  • A clear, reliable content roadmap that supports growth in sales, events, and partnerships.
  • A motivated and high-performing brand and creative team delivering at a high standard.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting
  • Prolonged periods of typing
  • Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e. working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds at times and if more than 50lbs with assistance
  • Must be able to travel
