We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive high-impact advertising partnerships and product placements for some of the top shows across broadcast and streaming. This is a rare opportunity to collaborate directly with producers, clients, and industry leaders while shaping how brands connect with audiences around the world.

About the Role

As Director of Brand Partnerships you will take ownership of revenue growth through strategic advertising and brand integration opportunities. You’ll work hands-on with show producers, network partners, and clients to deliver partnerships that not only drive visibility but create real value.

This is a role for a true closer—someone who thrives on relationship building, sees creative potential in every partnership, and knows how to translate that into measurable business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and close advertising and product placement deals that elevate both brand and show visibility.
  • Leverage established relationships with media buying and planning agencies to secure premium placements and integrations.
  • Collaborate with producers and creative teams to deliver seamless campaign execution that aligns with both brand and show objectives.
  • Consistently pursue new business opportunities and expand the pipeline across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms.
  • Use data and market insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring ROI, transparency, and long-term partnership success.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in TV ad sales, media partnerships, or product placement.
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets in a competitive marketplace.
  • Strong network of media buying and planning agency contacts, with an understanding of how they think and buy.
  • Deep expertise in broadcast, OTT, and digital video advertising models.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Adobe Suite a plus).
  • A passion for entertainment, storytelling, and brand-building and bonus points if you love cars, airplanes, or music.

Compensation: High-commission structure with unlimited earning potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,471.27 - $172,825.62 per year
