Our brand partners include industry-leading companies, and we are expanding our brand partnerships division to operate at a higher level of excellence, efficiency, and long-term relationship building.

We are hiring a Director of Brand Partnerships & Integrations to own the full lifecycle of sponsored content and brand collaborations — from post-signature execution through reporting and renewal strategy.

This is an in-person, high-responsibility role inside a lean but high-performing team.

Role Overview

The Director of Brand Partnerships & Integrations owns the execution, production, and strategic integration of all brand collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and organic brand placements across Millie’s platforms.

This person will:

  • Run every brand deal from contract signature to final reporting
  • Oversee sponsored content production (pre-production → filming → post-production)
  • Strategically integrate partnerships into Millie’s content ecosystem
  • Increase partner lifetime value and renewal rates
  • Manage affiliate relationships and performance
  • Cultivate dream brand relationships

Millie focuses on being the talent and visionary. You ensure partnerships are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Intake & Execution Ownership

  • Review signed contracts and confirm deliverables
  • Verify timelines, usage rights, and scope
  • Assess production capacity and scheduling feasibility
  • Add deals to master tracking systems
  • Ensure internal alignment before campaign kickoff

2. Campaign Integration Strategy

  • Translate brand briefs into organic content integrations
  • Align partnerships with Millie’s content pillars
  • Ensure audience trust and authenticity are protected
  • Collaborate with Creative Director on placement and format

3. Script & Creative Development

  • Break down campaign briefs and extract required messaging
  • Draft integration outlines and scripts that feel in alignment with brand voice and natural to followers
  • Write captions and CTA language
  • Ensure FTC compliance and disclosure accuracy
  • Prepare brand-ready drafts for approval

4. In-Person Production Leadership

  • Coordinate filming days
  • Set up camera, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Manage shot lists and required talking points
  • Capture supporting B-roll
  • Immediately back up and organize footage
  • Ensure brand deliverables are captured correctly

5. Post-Production & Delivery

  • Edit sponsored content or manage freelance editors
  • Ensure compliance with brand requirements
  • Manage revision cycles
  • Submit deliverables to brands
  • Confirm final approval
  • Coordinate scheduling and publishing with team

6. Reporting & Relationship Management

  • Pull analytics and prepare performance recaps
  • Track renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain brand relationship database
  • Coordinate year-end appreciation initiatives
  • Support dream brand cultivation strategy

Compensation Structure

Base Pay: $4,000/month

Performance Commission:

  • Percentage per brand deal successfully executed
  • Bonus incentives tied to renewals

This role is designed to grow into a revenue-driving leadership position.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, production, or influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital content production workflows
  • Confident reading contracts and brand briefs
  • Comfortable on set managing camera/audio/logistics
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Strong communicator with brands and internal team
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Understands affiliate marketing strategy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented

Bonus:

  • Experience working directly with content creators
  • Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with FTC guidelines and sponsorship disclosures
