Definition and Role
Leads marketing efforts through the design, and implementation of campaigns through various media and non-media outlets to promote MedCentris. The Director of Brand Strategy reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Admin Operations, works closely with all Executive Leadership.
Job Responsibilities and Duties

Define, articulate, and evolve the company’s brand vision, mission, values, and positioning in the marketplace.

Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to refine brand positioning and messaging.

Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Develop and implement long-term brand strategies that drive growth, differentiation, and customer loyalty.

Partner with executive leadership to align brand initiatives with overall business goals.

Identify new opportunities for brand expansion, partnerships, and market presence.

Establish KPIs to measure brand performance, awareness, equity, and perception.

Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement by undertaking continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends.

Oversee the implementation of the strategies - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.

Work closely with the company's executive and business development teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations.

Prepare and manage marketing budget.

Oversee all the company's social media accounts by creating and managing online content, tracking SEO, Google Analytics data, and report on analysis.

Serve as primary liaison with internal and external constituencies on all matters relating to marketing activities; represent MedCentris with respect to program activities on a local, regional, and/or national basis.

Determine which projects are most essential to the business and plan and divide resources based on project priority.

Create, produce, and deliver a range of promotional, educational, and informational presentations, and/or resource materials.

Participate in problem resolution; troubleshoots and/or contacts Information Technology support to report problems with hardware or software to expedite problem resolution.

Promote teamwork in the area and customer relationships through prompt and courteous service.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

May supervise and/or lead staff and/or student employees, as assigned.

Manages any outsourced marketing and recruitment related vendor contracts and deliverables.
Qualifications
-
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar field of study is preferred. Sufficient work experience may substitute and/or augment a degree.

Project Management certification is a plus.

Dedication to internal and external customer service is a must.
