Director of Business Development

Accommodate, Restore & Collaborate, LLC (ARC Rehab) is seeking a full-time, salaried Director of Business Development in Downers Grove, IL. The Director of Business Development (DOBD) will provide strategic operational support to senior management and develop a new customer/client base of business. The position is also responsible for the marketing initiatives of the company, overseeing strategies and efforts in order to strengthen the company's market position and achieve desired business goals. We are looking for an engaging and driven individual who can become an integral part of our team!

Job Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Take responsibility for annual marketing plan, strategy and team
• Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
• Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
• Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies
• Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Director of Business Development or similar for 5+ years
• Advanced educational degree(s) in Marketing, Business Development, Communication or similar relevant field
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility, skilled nursing and/or assisted living
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of market research
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
