Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
-Work with HOA boards and property managers to execute on new business deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the development and execution of business development initiatives, including marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery of client solutions.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure new business contracts.
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions while sending out estimates and closing deals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Not afraid to make phone calls.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Strong project management skills.
