Director of Client Services – Own All Fulfillment (SEO, Content, Paid Ads, Web Design)

LionHead Digital is a fast-growing marketing agency that helps law firms dominate their markets with data-driven SEO and AI-powered strategies. We’re looking for a Director of Client Services who will take full ownership of our fulfillment departments—SEO, Content, Paid Ads, and Web Design—with one clear mission: deliver results that keep clients for the long term.

This role is about more than managing projects. You’ll be the leader who aligns teams, builds processes, and ensures every client gets consistent, high-quality execution. You’ll report directly to the CEO and have a direct seat at the leadership table.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Fulfillment Delivery: Lead and hold accountable all fulfillment managers (SEO, Content, Paid Ads, Design) to deliver on-time, high-quality work.
  • Drive Client Retention: Partner with Client Success, step into escalations when needed, and ensure every client sees clear results and value.
  • Lead SEO Strategy: Work with the SEO Manager to refine strategies, test new approaches, and translate performance data into client wins.
  • Build & Track KPIs: Create fulfillment scorecards, track department performance, and drive accountability through measurable outcomes.
  • Run EOS Level 10 Meetings: Lead weekly L10s with fulfillment and leadership teams to resolve issues, align priorities, and move projects forward.
  • Client Onboarding & Journey: Oversee the onboarding process, set clear expectations, and continuously improve the client journey.
  • Playbooks & Processes: Collaborate with project managers and team leads to document SOPs, build playbooks, and scale fulfillment operations.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Mentor fulfillment managers, set the bar for accountability, and coach teams to deliver excellence.
  • SEO and Strategy Oversight

Evaluate SEO strategies and deliverables to ensure best practices are being executed.

Guide campaign direction, content strategies, and optimization opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Client Success in a marketing agency.
  • 2+ years in SEO leadership (SEO Manager or equivalent), with deep knowledge of law firm SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing multiple departments and holding leaders accountable for KPIs.
  • Strong communicator who can lead client meetings and resolve escalations with confidence.
  • Proven ability to run EOS-style meetings and build scalable fulfillment processes.
  • A proactive leader who thrives on creating clarity, improving systems, and retaining clients.

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive pay range: $62,000 – $125,000, based on experience and results.
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to retention, fulfillment KPIs, and agency growth.
  • PTO and work-from-home flexibility.
  • Direct reporting line to the CEO and participation in the agency’s leadership team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Client Success in a marketing agency environment.
  • 5+ years in the SEO Manager Role. Strong working knowledge of SEO, with the ability to review, critique, and improve strategies.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and holding managers accountable.
  • Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and de-escalating high-stakes situations.
