As Director of Communications, you'll lead efforts to engage and build relationships with key external audiences. You'll shape and share our message through strategic communication and outreach, ensuring our story connects with the community, partners, and stakeholders to support our mission.

```Duties```
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the organization's image and reputation.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop effective messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and social media posts.
- Monitor social media accounts messages.
- Write and edit content for various platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the organization's style guide.
- Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including media relations and crisis communications.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on the organization's public image.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications.

```Requirements```
- 2 years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of various communication channels, including traditional media outlets and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in public relations is preferred.
