We are seeking a Director of Corporate Communications Technology & Digital Messaging Platforms to lead the development and management of enterprise communication technologies. In this leadership role, you will oversee digital messaging platforms, guide product innovation, and ensure that corporate communication systems operate securely and efficiently across multiple digital channels.

Working closely with engineering teams, product managers, and enterprise clients, you will play a key role in expanding communication platform capabilities and supporting digital collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications Platform Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategies for enterprise messaging platforms and corporate communication systems
• Identify opportunities to improve communication efficiency and digital collaboration tools

Digital Messaging Systems Development:

• Oversee development of secure email platforms, enterprise messaging tools, and corporate collaboration systems
• Ensure communication platforms remain scalable, secure, and reliable

Technology Innovation & Platform Integration:

• Guide engineering teams responsible for communication APIs, enterprise integrations, and digital messaging infrastructure
• Evaluate emerging communication technologies that enhance enterprise collaboration capabilities

Platform Security & Compliance:

• Ensure communication systems meet cybersecurity standards and enterprise data protection requirements
• Implement governance frameworks that support secure digital communications

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, communication platform specialists, and infrastructure architects
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across technology teams

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise communications platforms, messaging technologies, or digital platform leadership
• Experience managing large technology teams and enterprise communication systems

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with secure email systems, messaging platforms, and enterprise collaboration technologies
• Knowledge of API integrations, platform scalability, and secure communications protocols

Core Competencies:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
