Compensation: $82,000 per year  + Benefits

The Opportunity

SKS Holdings LLC is looking for a sophisticated, systems-minded leader to step into the role of  Director of Corporate Services . This isn't a traditional "behind-the-scenes" administrative job. In this role, you are the  Business Architect —the person who ensures our financial health is robust, our team is empowered, and our regulatory standing is flawless.

Based in our  Huntersville  office, you will be the primary point of contact for the operational "business of the business," managing the delicate balance between financial precision and human-centric leadership.



The Core Pillars of Your Role

1. Fiscal Stewardship (AP/AR & Reporting)

  • The Cash Flow Engine:  Take full ownership of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles. You ensure vendors are paid with precision and our revenue is collected with professional persistence.
  • Financial Oversight:  Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly financial snapshots for leadership.
  • Banking & Treasury:  Monitor bank balances and manage transfers to ensure optimal liquidity for company investments.

2. People Operations (HR)

  • Culture Design:  Manage the "SKS Experience" for our team, from high-impact onboarding to administering our benefits and performance programs.
  • Payroll Management:  Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax compliance and bonus structures.
  • Policy Leadership:  Maintain our internal handbooks and ensure our personnel policies reflect the modern, professional standards of our firm.

3. Corporate Governance (Compliance)

  • The Shield:  Act as the guardian of SKS Holdings’ regulatory standing. You will manage annual filings, business licenses, and insurance renewals.
  • Risk Mitigation:  Proactively identify operational risks and implement "best-in-class" internal controls to safeguard our assets.
  • Contract Administration:  Oversee the execution and filing of NDAs, vendor agreements, and corporate contracts.


The Profile

  • Experience:  5+ years of experience in a dual Finance/Admin or Business Operations role.
  • Tech Savvy:  You should be an expert in  ERP Systems  and have advanced skills in  Microsoft Excel .
  • Location:  Must be able to commute to our Huntersville, NC office.
