Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Urology team, the Director of CRM & Commercial Operations will support Commercial teams by shaping and executing the long‑term Salesforce vision, roadmap, and ecosystem at Laborie. This role serves as the primary bridge between global business stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Service—and technical implementation teams, partnering closely with BU DA teams and/or external vendors to deliver a unified, global “Single Source of Truth.” The Director will ensure the CRM strategy is tightly aligned with Laborie’s commercial objectives, aggressive growth goals, and ongoing M&A integration initiatives.
About the Role:

Salesforce Strategy & Roadmap: Lead workshops with business stakeholders to assess current‑state processes and define the future‑state Salesforce vision and roadmap.

Business Requirements & Delivery: Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

UAT, Training & Adoption: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop training materials to ensure solutions meet requirements and drive strong user adoption.

Team & Partner Leadership: Support leadership of BU DA teams and external partners; act as the final escalation point for project scoping, resourcing, and delivery quality.

M&A & Vendor Management: Support integration of acquired entities into the global Salesforce instance and partner with IT to manage Salesforce and third‑party vendors.
Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years leading Salesforce platforms in complex, multi‑entity environments.

Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud experience.

Proven success integrating acquisitions or new divisions into a single CRM.

Strong background in enterprise integrations and MDM.

Experience operating in regulated environments.

Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences.

RevOps, GTM strategy, or commercial operations background.

MuleSoft or middleware experience.

Familiarity with HCP/HCO hierarchies and IDNs.

Experience supporting global teams and distributor models.

Exposure to GTM tools such as Definitive Healthcare, AcuityMD, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Clari, 6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.
