Key ResponsibilitiesData Strategy Ownership

Develop and execute the organization's data and analytics strategy. Establish frameworks that improve data quality, accessibility, and business value.

Analytics Leadership

Lead the development of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical models that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor analytics professionals. Conduct performance reviews and create development plans that strengthen team capabilities.

Data Governance

Establish standards, policies, and controls to ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance across the organization.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to understand priorities, communicate insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.

What We Are Looking ForExperience

8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related fields, including leadership experience managing teams and enterprise initiatives.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of business intelligence platforms, reporting tools, data governance, analytics methodologies, and performance measurement frameworks.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Business Acumen

Ability to translate complex business challenges into analytical solutions that create measurable business value.

Mindset

You are strategic, analytical, and results-oriented. You understand how to balance long-term data initiatives with immediate business needs and operational priorities.

Pay: QAR38,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
