Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise data science and analytics strategy
• Lead teams of data scientists, analysts, and ML engineers
• Build and scale machine learning models for prediction, automation, and optimization
• Develop advanced analytics frameworks for business intelligence
• Oversee data architecture, governance, and quality standards
• Collaborate with CTO, engineering, and product leadership teams
• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Drive AI adoption across business units
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning roles
• 3+ years in leadership or director-level positions
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Expertise in big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, cloud data warehouses)
• Proven experience building and deploying ML models at scale
• Strong understanding of data engineering and architecture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in enterprise or global-scale organizations preferred
