Position Overview

The Director of Defense Sales is a senior, market-facing role responsible for leading all defense-focused sales and business development activities. This executive will drive revenue growth, strategic platform adoption, and long-term customer relationships across U.S. government and allied defense programs.

The Director will work closely with internal teams, as well as with primes, integrators, and government agencies, to ensure successful capture, execution, and sustainment of defense contracts.

What You’ll Do

• Own defense sales revenue and full-funnel pipeline from capture to contract award
• Develop strategic relationships with government agencies, defense primes, and integrators
• Influence platform requirements and identify new program opportunities
• Lead pricing, long-term agreements, and strategic partnerships
• Build and scale a high-performing defense sales organization

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in senior defense sales or business development
• Proven success closing multi-year government or prime contracts
• Deep network in U.S. and allied defense markets
• Experience with UAS, C-UAS, or high-speed/interceptor platforms preferred
• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain security clearance
