We’re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to build and scale our growth engine. This role is about more than running campaigns—it’s about leading marketing into the next era. You’ll own pipeline creation across our markets, orchestrating programs that combine creativity, data, and AI.

- Lead the demand generation strategy and execution across digital, ABM, events, and partner channels.
- Design and run cross-channel campaigns from audience insights through to measurement.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content, personalize at scale, and boost team productivity.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure strong alignment, shared targets, and predictable pipeline contribution.
- Test and scale new channels and tactics to stay ahead in a fast-moving market.
- Manage and mentor a small team (of humans and agents) plus agency/contractor partners, while building repeatable programs.
- Consistent, measurable pipeline growth tied directly to marketing programs.
- Campaigns that stand out in noisy markets—creative, audience-driven, and effective.
- Strong cross-functional trust with Sales, grounded in results.
- Demonstrated ability to scale impact without scaling headcount, by using AI and smart processes.
Remote-friendly, with a preference for candidates in New York or Austin; this role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading demand generation.
- Understands how to sell to legal teams.
- Proven track record of pipeline creation and revenue impact in enterprise SaaS.
- Hands-on operator and strategist—you know how to design the playbook and run the plays.
- Comfortable orchestrating AI + human work, using tools for campaign automation, content, and data enrichment.
- Deep experience in demand gen plus strengths in one or more areas (product marketing, content, brand).
- Strong communicator and collaborator with executive presence.
Data-driven mindset: skilled in HubSpot, ChatGPT, Clay, and analytics.
