Rooted in Black feminist thinking, our programs and services aim to center the needs and leadership of people facing gender oppression, racism, xenophobia, poverty, and issues at the intersections. Feminist Center accomplishes this vital work with the support of a $5M annual operating budget and a staff of 55 full-time employees. With our 50th anniversary on the horizon, our enduring reputation presents us with a unique opportunity to scale our work and brand.
