The ideal candidate will be an outgoing relationship-builder that is responsible for all partnerships and fundraising related to the organization. You will identify prospects and build a pipeline of talent that will help accelerate the company's financial growth.

Tasks for you:

Defining and implementing a strategy to expand the company's presence in international markets.

Researching and analyzing foreign markets, identifying new business opportunities, and developing recommendations for entering new regions.

Assessing risks and opportunities in various countries and regions, taking into account political, economic, and cultural specifics.

Interacting with international partners, agents, and contractors, including negotiating and concluding contracts.

Assessing the effectiveness of current operations in international markets and optimizing processes to improve performance.

Implementing international quality standards and ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.

Monitoring the competitive environment in international markets and analyzing current trends and innovations.

Providing financial oversight for international development projects, preparing budgets, and monitoring their implementation.

Preparing regular reports for company management on key performance indicators and results in international markets.

Developing proposals for cost optimization and profitability in international projects.

Participates in building and maintaining the company's reputation internationally.

Develops and develops a product line for international destinations (including maritime, rail, multimodal, express, and project solutions).

Standardizes and implements sales systems across international branches (CRM, processes, KPIs, and staff training).

Ensures achievement of revenue and margin targets for international business.

Develops strategic partnerships with agents, ports, terminals, carriers and brokers in local markets.


We expect:

Proven experience in a similar position (development director, international director) for at least six years in a transport and logistics company is required.

Successful experience in opening and launching international transport and logistics branches is required.

Experience with management and financial control systems in international organizations.

Experience building international sales and partner relationships in Asia and the Far East.

Higher education (economics, logistics, international management, MBA is an advantage).

Outstanding business skills, knowledge of international standards and business ethics.

Knowledge of foreign languages (conversational English is required, Russian is desirable, knowledge of other languages is a plus).

Ability to analyze markets, work with large volumes of data, and develop long-term strategies.

Readiness to travel internationally (up to 40-50% of the time).
