Director of DevOps Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled AIML Developer to design develop and deploy modern applications enhanced with advanced Artificial Intelligence capabilities on Microsoft Azure This role focuses on AIML development Generative AI Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG pipelines ML model development MLOps and enterprise scale cloud deploymentYou will collaborate with architects software engineers data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production grade AI powered software solutions The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering fundamentals combined with hands on experience developing and operationalizing AIML systems on Microsoft Azure

Education and Experience Requirements Requires Bachelors degree or international equivalent and 7 plus years of relevant experience or 11 plus years of relevant work experience without a degree3 to 5 years of experience in AIML development including designing and deploying ML modelsStrong software engineering background Python REST APIs microservices event driven systemsGood knowledge and understanding of RESTful API principlesGood understanding of relational databases and querying using SQL

Required Technical ExperienceHands on experience with Azure Machine Learning Azure OpenAI Cognitive Services and Azure Data LakeExperience building RAG systems vector embeddings and knowledge retLearnPerform data preprocessing feature engineering model training hyperparameter tuning validation and performance optimizationEnsure resilience scalability and AI models using cloud based platforms such as Azure AIMLEnsure AIML solutions align with enterprise security compliance and governance e prompts system instructions and orchestration patterns to ensure quality reliability and cost efficiencyAI Agents and Agentic AutomationDesign and implement single agent and multiagentic workflows for complex enterprise processes using Azure and modern orchestration frameworksApplication and Platform DevelopmentImplement secure scalable integrations with cloud data and AI servicesParticipate in code reviews architecture discussions and Agile ceremoniesUtilize Git GitHub for version control and DevOps workflowsApply software design patterns and best practices in application development
