  • About the role:*

We are seeking an eCommerce / Digital Product leader to upgrade our web experience and drive performance across our portfolio of websites. The role will be responsible for conversion rate optimization, enhancing the digital experience and upgrading our digital products. The leader must be very familiar with core eCommerce capabilities and metrics and be comfortable leading cross-functional teams across marketing, design and engineering disciplines. This role will own the digital user experience, driving website optimization, improving conversion rates, and managing the A/B testing roadmap.

  • Own the website optimization roadmap, ensuring continuous improvements in user experience and functionality.
  • Lead and manage A/B testing initiatives, from ideation to implementation, to validate hypotheses and optimize key metrics.
  • Analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify pain points, user behavior trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and content teams to implement new features, enhancements, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize traffic acquisition and on-site conversion rates.
  • Stay current on e-commerce and UX trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners supporting the digital platform.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Extensive eCommerce / Digital Product Management experience (5–10 years), including leadership roles in managing eCommerce platforms and optimizing web experiences.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and user experience (UX) design.
  • Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA/Microsoft Planner/Monday.com, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Knowledge of web technologies,/ APIs, and preferably coding basics to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Understanding of data integration, eCommerce analytics, and SEO.
