Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on increasing online sales and customer engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement performance marketing campaigns utilizing Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other paid media channels to maximize ROI.
- Oversee SEO initiatives by utilizing SEO tools, conducting keyword research, and optimizing website content to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Manage content creation efforts across multiple channels including social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and website content management systems such as WordPress.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and report on key performance indicators regularly.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior, A/B testing landing pages, and refining the customer journey to increase sales conversions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for compelling visual assets that enhance marketing campaigns.
- Maintain proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to support website updates, troubleshoot issues, and improve site functionality.
- Drive marketing automation initiatives to streamline workflows, nurture leads through email marketing platforms, and personalize customer experiences.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends related to SEM (Search Engine Marketing), B2B marketing strategies, social media management, and emerging e-commerce technologies to keep the brand competitive.
- Foster a data-driven culture by analyzing campaign data to inform strategic decisions that boost overall performance marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading e-commerce or digital marketing teams with a track record of driving measurable growth in online sales.
- Deep understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies including Google Ads/AdWords campaigns, social media marketing platforms like Facebook Advertising, and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Strong skills in analytics tools including Google Analytics; ability to interpret data insights for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), graphic design principles, HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics for website enhancement.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms for email campaigns and customer nurturing programs.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis purposes; familiarity with performance marketing tactics across various digital channels.
