Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah for a Director of Ecommerce Salary of 45,000 SR per month. The role involves leading and managing the company's e-commerce strategies to drive growth and sales, developing innovative solutions to improve the customer purchasing journey, and overseeing the execution of e-business initiatives. Key tasks include analyzing sales performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and strategizing on ways to enhance online revenue streams efficiently. The Director will also lead and oversee the e-commerce team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-business and E-Commerce operations
• Proficient in Sales strategies and achieving revenue growth goals
• Excellent leadership and Team Management capabilities
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data and derive actionable insights
• In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce sector, particularly in the Saudi market
• Proficiency in creating data-driven strategies and improving customer journey experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
• Salary of 45,000 SR per month
