Director of Engineering

A prominent manufacturer in the automated equipment industry is seeking a Director of Engineering in the Durango, Colorado area.

Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required for this role.
• 10 or more years of progressive engineering experience in a custom automated/robotic equipment manufacturing environment, preferably serving industrial industries.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical engineering experience - experience with software/firmware engineering is a plus for this role.
• Experience managing a team of mechanical, electrical and/or firmware engineers.
• Strong background in manufacturing process engineering.
