Position Summary

Director of Engineering
Remote (U.S.-Based)

As we scale, we are seeking a Director of Engineering to unify our technical teams and ensure product reliability, scalability, and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead software, IT/web, and data engineering oversight under one technical vision
• Own product uptime, performance, and contractual SLAs
• Partner with Product Management to execute roadmap and release cycles
• Mature Agile processes (1–2 week sprints, planning, retrospectives)
• Improve DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
• Serve as escalation lead for technical issues

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12+ years engineering experience; 4–6+ years leadership
• Healthcare SaaS or regulated data environment experience preferred
• Experience scaling engineering teams in growth-stage companies
• Strong cloud architecture and API experience
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data standards preferred
