A growing manufacturer in the machining industry is seeking a Engineering Director/General Manager in the greater Portland, Oregon area.

Candidates Must Have:

• 12 years of engineering leadership experience in a machining environment is required for this role, precision machining experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated CNC programming experience is required for this role.
• Experience developing a high-performing team of machinists, programmers, and supervisors.
• Successful experience supporting long-term strategic growth in the machining industry.
