🚀 We’re Hiring: Director of Engineering — Product Development at Meeru AI

📍 San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)

Meeru AI is building an AI-native platform transforming how enterprise finance and accounting teams operate. We connect ERP, CRM, billing, and operational systems with AI to deliver grounded, auditable intelligence for CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders.

We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering to lead product development across our AI-native enterprise platform.

This role combines deep technical leadership, product execution, architecture ownership, and team building. You’ll lead a distributed engineering organization (US + offshore), partner closely with Product and AI teams, and help scale the platform from early growth to enterprise scale.

What you’ll own:

• Product architecture and technical direction

• Multi-tenant SaaS + single-tenant + on-prem deployments

• AI/LLM-powered product capabilities and integrations

• Engineering execution, delivery, and quality

• Hiring and scaling high-performing engineering teams

• CI/CD, observability, reliability, and engineering operations

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, AI, and Platform teams

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 10+ years in software engineering and 5+ years leading teams

• Has built and scaled enterprise SaaS products in production

• Can balance hands-on technical depth with people leadership

• Understands AI-native product development and modern cloud architecture

• Can move fast while maintaining quality, reliability, and security

Strong plus:

Finance/accounting domain experience

• ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)

• AI/ML systems

• Startup scaling experience

• Offshore team leadership

• SOC 2 / compliance exposure
