Where you’ll work…

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

When you’ll work…

Hours will align primarily with a 1st shift schedule; schedule may vary dependent on company and project needs.

What you’ll do…

• Lead, develop, and mentor the IT applications team while providing direct business application solution delivery and support.
• Ensure effective analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of computer applications.
• Ensure compliance across the applications portfolio in line with financial and regulatory controls.
• Establish priorities and schedules for IT applications projects, provide reporting on performance and cost, and manage applications budget and contribute to IT planning.

Why you’ll be successful…

• Demonstrated experience in managing a complex portfolio of business applications at the enterprise level.
• Utilizing knowledge from your 5+ years’ experience leading application support at a senior level, development, and delivery teams in a complex business operation; with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and development, and formal design methodology including utilization of knowledge of Java, Oracle, .NET, etc., on Windows platforms and current web technologies (i.e., HTML, CSS, etc.
• Leveraging 3+ years’ experience Senior IT applications leaders (Director / VP of Applications) with managing design, development, and implementation of enterprise systems (ERP).
• Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
