Job Summary:

CNS Digital Networks, Technology & Business Services Saudi Arabia is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Enterprise Network Solutions to lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and management of enterprise networking solutions that support business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

• Lead enterprise network operations, infrastructure strategy, and connectivity solutions across the organization.
• Develop and implement network architecture plans that support business growth and digital transformation objectives.
• Oversee network performance, availability, reliability, and service delivery standards.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to align network solutions with organizational goals.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud networking, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Monitor operational metrics, service levels, and network performance indicators.
• Support network security best practices and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and technology implementation activities.
• Prepare executive reports, infrastructure assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience in enterprise networking, network operations, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, technology services, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Ability to lead multiple projects, teams, and operational priorities.
• Experience with performance monitoring, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.

• Relevant education, certifications, or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: ﷼35,000.00 - ﷼58,000.00 per month
