Position Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) & Transformation leads the system’s enterprise transformation portfolio and operates as the executive owner for benefit realization. The Director oversees the Enterprise PMO and ensures all initiatives deliver measurable operational, clinical, and financial outcomes. This role establishes standards, governance, and execution discipline across the system while building an internal, sustainable PMO capability. Holds authority to enforce enterprise standards, approve or pause initiatives, and escalate resourcing or prioritization decisions to the CFO or Senior Leadership Team as needed. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.


Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.

Experience: Experience leading transformation or PMO functions in organizations of comparable scale (e.g., $500M+ revenue, multi-site operations). Prefer candidates with blended experience across healthcare delivery and management consulting, particularly within clinical operations, revenue cycle, or enterprise transformation. Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, including at least 5 years of experience leading project management team, analysts or transformation staff.
