Director of Event Management

We are looking for SMEs with experience in large-scale / mega-event delivery (sports and non-sports) to support a range of advisory and delivery assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support event strategy, planning, and delivery frameworks
• Advise on operational readiness, ConOps, and master planning
• Contribute to procurement, governance, and implementation plans
• Support performance monitoring and post-event evaluation
• Participate in workshops and stakeholder discussions

Requirements

• 10+ years in mega-event delivery (e.g. Olympics, FIFA, Expo)
• Strong experience in event operations and delivery
• Ability to work in advisory and/or hands-on roles
• Flexible for on-demand assignments
