  • Involving students in the volunteer and service needs of the church as well as creating Christian community in activities and experiences.
  • Communicating with the Staff-Parish Relations Committee, Church Council, Christian Education committee, students, parents, and congregation regularly to build excitement about Student Ministries, engage students, parents, and volunteers, and keep the congregation apprised of all events.
  • Interacting effectively with all children, students, and their parents while listening and responding with empathy, maintaining and enhancing youth self-esteem, and cultivating a spirit of helpfulness in leadership.
