Director of Field Canvassing – Department Head Position

Vando Construction is looking for a true leader — someone hungry for success, confident in management, and experienced in field canvassing — to lead our Canvassing Department.
This is not an entry-level job. This position is for someone ready to run a department, manage a team, and deliver real results. You’ll be fully responsible for your department’s performance, including budgeting, training, and lead generation goals.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire canvassing department at Vando Construction.
- Hire, organize, and structure field canvassing team to meet weekly lead goals (budget provided by Vando management).
- Train, motivate, and onboard new canvassers to perform at a high level.
- Plan and schedule team routes (including evenings and weekends) within assigned territories.
- Manage multiple territories to generate consistent, high-quality customer leads.
- Set clear goals and accountability for your team and weekly targets.
- Track and report all canvassing performance metrics and ROI.
- Ensure your team meets and exceeds all lead generation quotas.
- Handle other related leadership tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of field canvassing management or Sales management experience in a direct-to-consumer industry.
- Experience in home improvement or related industries.
- Strong background in sales, customer service, and lead generation.
- Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and training field marketing or canvassing teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern canvassing strategies and lead generation methods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Available for evening and weekend work when needed.
