Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for the director of Finance, based in Snellville, GA. This position reports directly to the CFO. The director of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting processes, ensure the accuracy of financial statements, and provide strategic financial guidance. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and advising executive leadership on financial performance and opportunities. This role will also involve implementing financial policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance-related strategy development
• Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a strong plus
• Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings
