The Director of Finance ($95,000 to $105,000) is responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and analysis for a multi-unit restaurant organization. This role ensures strong financial performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational financial controls. They partner closely with executive leadership and operations teams to provide financial insight that drives profitability, supports growth, and ensures sound fiscal management. Partners directly with our directors and operations leaders to drive performance. Manages banking relationships, and coordinates closely with our external CPA firm and internal bookkeeping team.

Partners with accounting, tax, treasury, accounts receivable, internal audit, accounts payable and payroll. Updates internal control policies and manages financial assets. Provides leadership, coaching and strategic direction to their entire team. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a monthly budget review with a director as they are working through a bank covenant question with a lender.

This is a remote role, based in Dallas-Fort Worth. The Director of Finance will work primarily from a home office with regular field visits to restaurant locations and in-person time with the leadership team. Travel to restaurant locations in DFW, Central Texas, Chicago and San Antonio is required.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Corporate accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
