Qualifications
Salary
Our organization is currently in a foundational growth phase, and all leadership roles will remain volunteer-based throughout the 2026 calendar year. During this time, our team is dedicating significant effort to building a strong financial and research infrastructure, including establishing a finance team to manage future payroll and a research team focused on grant writing. These efforts are designed to position us for sustainable funding. Beginning in 2027, we aim to transition key roles into paid part‑time positions, with an anticipated compensation range of $40–$55 per hour, depending on responsibilities, performance, and work ethic.
Part Time Work (32 hours per month)
We hold biweekly team meetings from 6:30–7:30pm, and all leadership roles are expected to attend these two meetings each month. This is our main time to come together, stay aligned, and support one another.
To help everyone balance school, work, and personal life, we also use Communication Block hours on Mondays and Fridays from 4:00–8:00pm. These blocks are simply designated windows where team members can reach out to one another if needed. You are not required to be free during these hours—it's just our way of respecting boundaries while still keeping communication flowing when something comes up.
Altogether, the commitment comes to 2 mandatory hours a month, along with one task per month based on your role. We’ve structured it this way to keep expectations clear, manageable, and respectful of everyone’s time.
