We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Director of Finance & Accounting to join our growing team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee all financial aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and driving sustainable growth.

Fluency in Russian and English is essential, as you will collaborate across international markets and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, planning, and implementation of the company’s overall financial strategy.

• Maintain full visibility of the company’s financial position and act decisively when challenges arise.

• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across finance operations.

• Oversee and enhance the company’s finance IT systems.

• Set clear targets and KPIs for finance personnel, monitoring and presenting performance reports regularly.

• Manage audits and internal control processes to ensure compliance and transparency.

• Develop fundraising strategies and foster strong relationships with partners and investors.

• Conduct financial research, forecasting, and scenario planning.

• Ensure strict adherence to financial laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in oil & gas, energy services, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products.

• Proven expertise in budgeting, year-end closing, and financial reporting.

• Degree or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with MS Office and financial management software (SAP preferred).

• Strong background in controlling, FP&A, operational finance, and manufacturing cost structures.

• Experience leading financial operations across multiple markets.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive commercial performance.

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership abilities.

• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
