Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $15/hour starting

Our office currently supports over 75 dynamic agents, and we’re looking to grow our team by hiring a passionate and professional Director of First Impressions (DFI).

Position Overview:

The Director of First Impressions (DFI) is the face and voice of the Market Center. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and high-energy environment for agents, clients, and guests. The DFI ensures smooth front desk operations while supporting leadership, enhancing agent experience, and maintaining the standards of the Keller Williams culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Guest Experience

  • Greet all visitors, agents, and clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Ensure every guest has a positive first impression of the office

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and conference room scheduling
  • Assist with document preparation, copying, scanning, and filing
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Agent & Office Support

  • Assist agents with basic needs, questions, and office resources
  • Help onboard new agents (badges, orientation materials, system access coordination)
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Support daily office operations to keep the Market Center running efficiently

Technology & Systems

  • Utilize Keller Williams systems such as Command (as needed)
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist agents with basic tech troubleshooting or direct them to appropriate resources

Events & Culture

  • Help coordinate office meetings, training sessions, and events
  • Support Team Leader and Market Center Administrator with culture-building activities
  • Prepare meeting spaces and assist with setup/cleanup

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, professional, and flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in all social media platforms and basic marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, email marketing tools, calendar creation)
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide range of personalities and handling customer service matters with tact and grace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with real estate processes or interest in pursuing a real estate license or degree in Finance/Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience with marketing materials, event planning, and basic troubleshooting

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
