Azal Hospitality is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our dining operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality excellence and a strong background in F&B management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability
• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance of F&B outlets
• Lead, train, and mentor F&B teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with chefs and management to design menus and promotions
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where needed
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with senior leadership experience
• Proven track record in managing multiple outlets or large-scale operations
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and industry best practices
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage
