Growth Marketing Director - FinTech

Global Role


We are hiring a Growth Marketing Director for a confidential, fast scaling fintech brand. This is a senior global role responsible for driving client acquisition and retention across Africa, LATAM, Asia, and MENA.


This is a new position in the business, built for a leader who understands trading audiences, regional nuances, and the full customer lifecycle. You will run a global team of 20 to 25 across CRM, paid and performance marketing, SEO, copywriting, and marketing automation. You will also work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Affiliates (IBs), and regional marketing managers to deliver measurable growth.


The right candidate must have strong experience in FX, CFDs, crypto, or another regulated trading environment , and a proven track record of turning leads into active, long term customers.


Key Responsibilities


Growth Strategy & Leadership

• Own global acquisition and retention strategy across Africa, LATAM, Asia, and MENA

• Lead a global team of 20 to 25 across CRM, paid media, SEO, automation, and content

• Set regional strategies with local marketing specialists and understand customer needs per market

• Manage agencies including paid advertising and digital performance partners


Acquisition & Performance

• Own paid and performance marketing across all channels

• Improve awareness, CTR, conversion rates, and first-trade activation

• Oversee landing pages, funnels, and all growth oriented content through in-house copywriters

• Drive partnership and affiliate growth (IBs, partners, networks)


Retention & Lifecycle

• Lead CRM and marketing automation to increase engagement, reactivation, and long term retention

• Shape lifecycle flows from first touch through to active trading

• Work with Sales to ensure alignment on client acquisition and conversion goals


Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Regional Marketing, Product, and Brand teams

• Ensure messaging and campaigns support both acquisition and retention

• Support future expansion, including separate brands (CFD and prop trading) as they grow


Experience Needed

• Senior experience in FX, trading, crypto, gambling, or other regulated performance driven sectors

• Strong background in acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing

• Experience running global teams of 20+ across multiple regions

• Hands-on knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, SEO, paid advertising, and performance marketing

• Experience working with affiliates, IBs, partners, and agencies

• Comfortable building growth engines, solving conversion problems, and scaling regional strategies

• Experience executing localised marketing across Africa, LATAM, Asia, and MENA
