What You’ll Do

Define and lead Infinity’s growth and market strategy across assets and target audiences

Shape market positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market direction

Lead market intelligence efforts, including trends, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping

Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion paths

Oversee outsourced partners (PR, research, creative) to ensure alignment with strategy and brand

Align closely with leadership, commercial, and project teams to ensure consistency and impact

Define performance metrics focused on long-term value and strategic outcomes
What You Bring

10+ years of experience in growth, strategy, marketing, or market development roles

Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities

Experience working closely with senior leadership and external partners
