Director of Growth & Operations

ThriveByWeb is a fast-growing internet marketing company built exclusively for real estate businesses across the United States and Canada. We help real estate professionals generate more leads, increase visibility, and close more deals through expert branding, high-performance websites, and targeted SEO strategies.

We are hiring a Director of Growth & Operations to play a key leadership role in our next phase of growth.

This is not an entry-level marketing role. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure, and takes pride in delivering measurable results.

Daily & Weekly Operations

You will serve as the operational backbone of the company, ensuring client work is executed at a high level and on time.

  • Creating, publishing, and optimizing blog content in WordPress
  • Editing and enhancing graphics using Adobe Photoshop
  • Using AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency
  • Communicating with reporters and online publications to secure client quotes and backlinks
  • Completing and managing customer support requests
  • Monitoring keyword rankings and identifying growth opportunities
  • Managing onboarding checklists for new clients
  • Verifying and monitoring Google Business Profiles
  • Leading Monthly and Quarterly Performance Calls with clients
  • Explaining marketing performance in clear, simple language

Growth & Systems Development

Beyond daily execution, you will help shape the infrastructure that supports long-term scale. This role requires someone who doesn’t just complete tasks, but improves the way tasks are completed.

  • Researching, recommending, and helping implement CRM systems
  • Evaluating and integrating customer support platforms
  • Improving client performance reporting systems
  • Creating SOPs and internal process documentation
  • Identifying automation opportunities that increase efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or agency operations
  • Experience managing client accounts
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • WordPress publishing experience
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT or similar)
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics proficiency
  • Google Business Profile management experience
  • Strong Google Sheets skills
  • Confidence leading client performance calls
  • Ability to explain marketing data clearly and simply
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • This is a 100% in-office position
  • Must reside in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must consistently follow through on commitments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
