Director of Housekeeping - Ultra Luxury Island Resort (Confidential Search)

A rare opportunity has opened to join a remote, ultra-luxury island resort in Saudi Arabia. This property features 70+ private pool villas (mostly 1 bedroom, some multi) and a dedicated team of 60+ colleagues.

We are seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead operations across villas, residences, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to deliver impeccable service in an exclusive, highly personalised environment.

The Role

• Direct all housekeeping operations, ensuring consistency and ultra-luxury standards.
• Inspire, train, and develop a large, multicultural team.
• Work closely with resort leadership to create seamless guest experiences.
• Embed sustainability and innovation into every aspect of housekeeping.
• 8+ leadership in ultra-luxury resort housekeeping.
• Experience managing large teams in resorts, hotels, or serviced residences.
• Knowledge of cleaning systems, service efficiency, and sustainability practices.
• GCC or island resort experience an advantage.
• Arabic language preferred but not essential.
• Female candidates encouraged, though not a requirement.
