Director of Housekeeping

This individual is the backbone of the Makeready experience. They consider each touchpoint of a guest’s stay and create a comfortable and clean experience. This person values each guest and elevates the level of stay to more than just the expected – creating a new standard in hospitality.

Requested Tasks

• Lead, motivate, and develop Team Members
• Effectively manage the operation and hold the team accountable
• Maintain an efficient and effective inspection process
• Ensure proper par levels of tools, supplies, and amenities are well-maintained
• Oversee staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial/productivity objectives are met
• Manage all expenses to budget/forecast
• Plan and execute rotational projects to maintain all areas of responsibility
• Maintain open communication to ensure fairness and consistency
• Develop and maintain a productive relationship with key departments
