Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR initiatives that align with our organization's mission and vision. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of human resources principles, and a passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing HR team to provide exceptional employee services and support
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, departments, and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant HR-related regulations
- Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources leadership or management
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Healthcare Experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
